People Who Were Intertwined into Kate Steinitz 's
Artistic Career and Life
Dr Kenneth Donahue: Was an art history student and one of Kate's
disciples in the 1930's. He became Director of the Los Angeles
County Museum of Art. Dr. Donahue helped celebrate Kate's 80th
birthday in August 1969. He installed an exhibition of her
collection and art at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Dr. Julius Kaplan, Head of the Art Department of California
State University at San Bernardino, exhibited Seinitz's work in
1972. Under his guidance a group of art history students produced
a catalogue of Kate's works, thus Making her a teacher for future
generations.
